Membership

We have approximately 500 regular users of our studio, with members aged from 11 to 90! All our memberships have no minimum term contracts, and come with unlimited use of our facilities. All yearly and monthly members have their fitness programmes reviewed every 10 weeks by one of our instructors, ensuring your always on target, practicing good technique and achieving the most out of your training.
